► Technical expert in data and digital transformation, including in topics such as digital identity, secure data exchange, data governance, data hosting and cloud.
► Provide technical assistance to a global portfolio of country governments on topics related to digital transformation.► Technical expert in digital identity.
► Technical lead for the design of the World Bank’s digital ID lending operations in Nigeria ($430m) and Gabon ($50m), managing a team of technical experts as well as overall client relationships.
► Identity expert designing the World Bank’s digital ID lending operation for West Africa ($330m), a regional initiative to reinforce national ID systems and offer a unique ID to individuals across the ECOWAS region, beginning with Guinea and Côte d’Ivoire. This project (WURI) was awarded the World Bank’s President’s Award For Excellence for 2019.

► Led the design of digital payments system for a cash transfer program with over 750,000 beneficiaries.
► Supported the government in designing reliable and inclusive management information (MIS), monitoring and evaluation (M&E), and grievance-redress (GRM) systems.



The event is a seminal effort at bringing together all 15 West African countries that makeup ECOWAS to discuss and showcase their efforts at engendering digital economies in the sub-region.
