H.E. Dr. Pedro Lopes Secretary of State for Digital Economy – Cape Verde

Graduated in International Relations and Post-graduated in Strategy, Marketing and Communication and Master in International Conflict Resolution. He was a Communication Specialist at the United Nations office in Cidade da Praia, Project Manager and Communication Consultant at Wansati Communications, Director of the “African Innovations Exhibit” and Consultant for youth mobility programs – Europe Direct, City Council of Trieste, Italy, and Project Manager and International Business Manager at Grupo Catarino. In the IX Legislature, he was Secretary of State for Innovation and Vocational Training.
