The event is a seminal effort at bringing together all 15 West African countries that makeup ECOWAS to discuss and showcase their efforts at engendering digital economies in the sub-region. Country participation is expected at the ministerial level, accompanied by CEOs of major parastatal agencies of each Communication and Digital Economy in each country and at least one start-up that would participate in an exhibition, a side event at the conference, showcasing individual country experience.
